Just completed a remortgage with these guys and found the process straight forward and efficient. Had used a broker previously who let me down, did not know which way to turn, phoned these guys and Malcolm came to our house a week later, put all my cards on the table to which he was unfazed. Showed me where I was and what was on offer. He went away few emails, few letters, few weeks went….job done. Nice guy, very open and honest, don’t need the stories in the process just facts. Only my experience and had no previous with this company but will go back to them for my next renewal.

I contacted Liverpoolmoneyman when my own bank would not lend me enough (despite having been with them for over 10 years) on my existing mortgage to move home. I was at my wits end and needed a broker to help me. They called me back straight away after I sent an online message and Malcolm came to visit me at home after work at 7pm just a few days later. I then had my mortgage offer within 2 weeks.
