Just completed a remortgage with these guys and found the process straight forward and efficient. Had used a broker previously who let me down, did not know which way to turn, phoned these guys and Malcolm came to our house a week later, put all my cards on the table to which he was unfazed. Showed me where I was and what was on offer. He went away few emails, few letters, few weeks went….job done. Nice guy, very open and honest, don’t need the stories in the process just facts.
